1. What are you good at ?

First of, you need to be humble and aware of your strengths and weaknesses. Do a S&W board with at least 10 of each to have a broad view, both technical and social skills. (e.g: good eloquence, bad at social media, good to synthesize complex ideas, good at procreate, bad at photoshop… )

Identify where you would need help from a third party. You don’t have to do everything on your own. The power of a community is to have lots of skills reunited. Why don’t you think about trading something you’re good at, against something you need help with ?!
